La Comunidad de Madrid ha determinado el confinamiento perimetral de los municipio de Griñón. Este confinamiento ha comenzado el día 1 de febrero a las 00.00 horas y finalizará inicialmente y salvo prórroga posterior el lunes 15 de febrero a las 00:00 horas.
¿Qué es un cierre perimetral?
El cierre o confinamiento perimetral consiste en limitar la entrada y salida de determinado ámbito geográfico con el objetivo de reducir la movilidad del coronavirus.
¿A qué área afecta este confinamiento perimetral?
En nuestro caso, el cierre perimetral afecta exclusivamente al municipio de Griñón.
¿En qué se diferencia del confinamiento del mes de marzo?
No obliga a quedarse en casa, sino que se permite salir y desplazarse libremente dentro del municipio. Sin embargo, se aconseja a la población que, en general, limiten los desplazamientos.
¿Qué duración tiene?
El cierre perimetral se ha decretado entre las 00.00 del lunes 1 de febrero y las 00.00 horas del lunes 15 de febrero.
¿Cuáles son las causas para entrar o salir de un territorio confinado?
- Asistencia a centros, servicios y establecimientos sanitarios.
- Cumplimiento de obligaciones laborales, profesionales, empresariales, institucionales o legales.
- Asistencia a centros universitarios, docentes y educativos, incluidas las escuelas de educación infantil.
- Retorno al lugar de residencia habitual o familiar.
- Asistencia y cuidado a mayores, menores, dependientes, personas con discapacidad o personas especialmente vulnerables.
- Desplazamiento a entidades financieras y de seguros o estaciones de repostaje en territorios limítrofes.
- Actuaciones requeridas o urgentes ante los órganos públicos, judiciales o notariales.
- Renovaciones de permisos y documentación oficial, así como otros trámites administrativos inaplazables.
- Realización de exámenes o pruebas oficiales inaplazables.
- Por causa de fuerza mayor o situación de necesidad.
- Cualquier otra actividad de análoga naturaleza, debidamente acreditada.
- Asistencia a los entrenamientos, competiciones o ligas organizadas por las federaciones deportivas madrileñas, que se acreditarán mediante licencia deportiva o certificado federativo. Los menores de edad podrán ser acompañados por un adulto.
¿He de llevar un justificante?
Los desplazamientos han de estar “adecuadamente justificados”. No existe un documento único, sino que se están utilizando “certificaciones responsables” emitidas por la empresa o el centro de estudios, o el propio trabajador, si es autónomo. Además, las mesas o agrupaciones de mesas deberán guardar una distancia de, al menos, 1,5 metros respecto a las sillas asignadas a las demás mesas o agrupaciones de mesas. Y la ocupación máxima será de seis personas por mesa o agrupación de mesas.

¿Se cierran los lugares de culto y los velatorios?
No, pero se limitan los aforos. La asistencia a lugares de culto no podrá superar un tercio de su aforo y se deberá garantizar en todo caso la distancia mínima interpersonal de 1,5 metros y el uso de mascarilla. En cuanto a velatorios, se limita a un máximo de 15 personas en espacios al aire libre o 10 en espacios cerrados, sean o no convivientes. La participación en la comitiva para el enterramiento o despedida para la cremación de la persona fallecida se restringe a un máximo de 15 personas, entre familiares y allegados, además de, en su caso, el ministro de culto.
¿Qué pasa con el comercio y otros servicios abiertos al público?
No podrán superar el 50% del aforo permitido. La hora de cierre será la legalmente autorizada, no pudiendo superarse en ningún caso las 21:00 horas, a excepción de:
- Establecimientos farmacéuticos, médicos, veterinarios y de combustible para la automoción.
- Otros considerados esenciales, entendiéndose como tales aquellos que prestan o realizan servicios imprescindibles e inaplazables.

Las academias, autoescuelas y centros privados de enseñanzas no regladas y centros de formación deberán limitar sus aforos a un máximo del 50%.

Sí, aunque las instalaciones deportivas, tanto al aire libre como de interior, deberán controlar el aforo, con un máximo de un 50% en espacios interiores y 60% en exteriores siempre que se pueda mantener la distancia de seguridad.
La práctica deportiva en grupos se limita a un máximo de 6 personas.
En las competiciones oficiales serán de aplicación los correspondientes protocolos del Consejo Superior de Deportes o de la Vicepresidencia, Consejería de Deportes, Transparencia y Portavocía del Gobierno de la Comunidad de Madrid.
